Flávio holds a bachelor degree in Accounting from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Energy Management from FGV - RJ, as well as several leadership courses from Fundação Dom Cabral and specializations in IFRS. For 25 years he was a partner at Domingues e Pinho Contadores, the last 15 of which he was in charge of the São Paulo office, where he took part in successful M&A operations and in setting up several international companies in Brazil. Flavio was a deputy member of Audit Commitee of Companhia de Transmissão Energia Elétrica Paulista – ISA CTEEP from 2009 to 2021. He has more than 30 years of professional experience providing BPO services to both national and multinational clients from a wide range of industries and countries, providing strategic and operational supervision, taking advantage of best practices and technology.
