Graduated in Law and specialized in Civil Procedural Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, he is an executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy in legal aspects and in the management of foreign capital companies in Brazil . Among its responsibilities are the promotion of new business and legal procedures, establishing Brazilian companies, branches and subsidiaries. Creation of a marketing strategy and plan to attract new customers; consolidation of internal control and compliance management. Responsible for planning and conducting operations outside Brazil and expansion strategy.
